Responsibilities

• Deliver Quality Care: Provide expert clinical nursing and direct patient support while championing our organization’s high standards of safety and excellence.
• Coordinate Clinical Success: Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and perfectly synchronized across all disciplines.
• Execute Care Plans: Monitor patient conditions in real-time, accurately recording progress and carrying out physician orders with precision.
• Guide Patient Transitions: Proactively manage discharge planning and care transitions, ensuring patients and families are supported every step of the way.
  
  

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drivers License preferred.
  
  

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  
  

Additional Preferences

• One year of previous RN work experience.
• Long term care experience.
